Our unique systems and approach to our clients enables us to provide (at the time of ordering) a committed delivery date. In most cases even the approximate time of delivery on that date can be supplied

Our highly trained professional delivery personnel conduct all deliveries using our own specially designed, late model vehicles. 27 years of trading and thousands of satisfied customers have given The Tank Factory the feedback needed to provide YOU with outstanding service. The delivery area currently serviced by The Tank Factory stretches north to Bundaberg (QLD, Australia), south to Wollongong and west to Moree (NSW, Australia). Many other areas can be serviced by request. (Delivery fee may apply). Please contact our friendly staff for further information regarding the delivery of your Duraplas product.

The Tank Factory deliveries are free to most areas, and only approximately one half hour on-site is allowed to enable us to be able to maintain free delivery. The customer needs to assist by arranging sufficient manpower to help the driver with the unloading of your tank from the truck. Please have the person/s available to assist at time of delivery. The number of assistants required are as follows.

Slimline Urban Tower Tanks
100-360 Gallon - 1 person + 1 driver
440-1100 gallon - 2 people + driver

Cylindrical Water Tanks up to (approx)
75-3000 gallon - 1 person + driver
5000 gallon - 2 people + driver
7500 gallon - 3 people + driver

As each site is different, we will at the time of organising the delivery, try to highlight any difficulties that may hinder the delivery process. Once arriving on site, the delivery driver will assess what is possible and safe for all involved. If assistance cannot be provided then the hire or use of any equipment needed is at the purchasers expense and will have to be arranged once the driver has left the site.
